Join us for this Chakra focused meditation and bring your journal to write down any insights or intentions you'd like to focus on for the next month.

All levels of practitioners are welcome for this slow flow practice,
with focus on breath work and use of affirmations and mantras to support presence of mind, body, and spirit.
First of every month
10/1, 11/1, 12/1 @ 8:30pm VIRTUAL event
Gentle stretching prepares for the meditation.
Complete with time for writing intentions for the new month and any thing else that came up during meditation.
After a free introductory call, let's make a program created for your individual goals.
Start with one session, and build the program as you desire.
