My Story

Elana found her way to this work through living it — a back injury, premature twins, and a year and a half in bed and continuing physical difficulties due to Long Covid that stripped away her ability to teach and quietly redirected everything. What sustained her became what she now shares. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, has studied with healers across three continents, and brings nearly two decades of experience as an educator into every session.
